My life in words!

Life is so full of beauty and happiness we find and make. I love moments when our eyes are opened up to the simple pleasures of love, life and laughter. I love the small moments that become such great memories. I love the ability of seeing beauty beyond words, hearing melodies so sweet, tasting things so equisite, touching textures so soft, speaking words so kind, smelling scents so clean and fresh, and loving deep and pure. Life is a gift and each day we unfold new treasures.

Monday

so blessed

Oh well its about time I started to feel my peppy positive self again. And to think all I had to do this whole time was stop focusing on my problems and do something for someone else. I think we get so caught up in our own lives and selfish desires to really open our eyes to what gifts are right in front of us. Right now I am so super thankful for all that I have, those people I have in my life, and the ability and power to do something for someone else. I had been going through a couple of self loathing weeks where I just felt worthless and down on myself. I have moved to a newish area where I have had to adjust back to my surroundings and get my barings back on track. Ive had to accept the fact that I cannot control everything in my life and sometimes I have to set my pride aside. And I just needed to be awakened again to my blessings (I started to "doze" off). I have a family who at times may make me wanna ring theirs or my neck and sometimes I want nothing to do with them; but I wouldn't trade them for the world. I have the most adorable niece who has no idea how much it touches my heart to hear her say "Aunt Becky". My heart melts with every word she says and everything she does. I love her. My family may have its trials but thats where we get our strengths. I have the most amazing extended family. They are such a blessing in my life. I have the greatest friendships and some which are so rare and I feel so lucky to posess. I have 2 brothers serving missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and I love and support them both. I have the greatest parents and adopted parents, grandparents and adopted grandparents, cousins, and adopted cousins and I hold the world in my pocket.
I wouldn't change a thing I dont think.....some days are great trials that I feel I wont overcome, but eventually I always know I will.
Thats my thoughts today, but tomorrow they may change again....But this is always in my heart.

Thursday

My "vents" needs to be "vented"... Here I go...

Okay so a little bit on my mind....more like a LOT on my mind. These days have been so crazy, I am so tired literally tired of my animals. They are always doing something sneaky and causing my anxiety levels to rise. The dog keeps on holding in her "issues" until she is inside. She can do it outside on the grass but NO she would rather tottle away from me in one fleatin second and Crap in my room. :( Grrrr. Then my poor little kitty is still learning to use the litter box properly and occasionaly steps in her little duties....NOT COOL. I always have this fear of it so I check her paws almost EVERY time she uses this box and sometimes I have to run her into the bathroom and wash her feet. EEEeeew... :'( I have made the decision that my animals shall be outdoor animals one day and that is the way it will stay, FOREVER. As soon as I have a house with a yard, they are outa here. Poop anywhere out there for all I care jeeeez.
My stress is crazy these days it seems that all it takes is the crazy St. George heat mixed with the drama of my days, and BAM I am one frazzled girl. I need a vacation so freakin bad. Any ideas?..

Friday

Temple Happys

Having had a wierd past couple of days, this experience was a little slice of happiness in the middle of so much chaos and confusion. While driving to the library today I was sitting in the car still feeling a little sick from something that made me sick yesterday; when I drove past the St. George temple and all of a sudden I felt so comfortable and happy, and it was as though the wonderful feelings of being around the temple were leaking out through the fence and touching those passing by. It was wonderful and I can't really even explain the feeling other than I know I want to go back. :)

Wednesday

LADY CLEARING THE POOL DECK SAY WHAT?......

So today was pretty adventurous. I went shopping with my mom and sista, then came home and made some super adorable magnets. Then me and friends decide we want to go and swim. So we do. Were swimming around having a jolly good time when we decide to go and sit in the hot tub, so I swim up to the kitty pool end of the kidney bean shaped pool to walk over to the hot tub and dont think anything of it...why would i right?...So we sit in the hot tub for a couple a minutes when one of the managers who happened to be swimming at the time went around the pool telling everyone the pool deck was closing. I ask her why and she replies, "a kid had an accident and then him and his dad just left and didnt say anything". So im thinking....um how long has this $hit been floating in the water with us, and gross! I swam through the kitty poo, I mean pool. Immediatly everyone gets out of the pool like you see in the movies, only this time its for real. Everyone is grabbing their stuff and shivering with disgust. ME ESPECIALLY...I DONT DO POOP!! It was quite a tragic little event of my day :( I will never be the same. I had an entire new outlook on the signs that read: "Welcome to our OOL notice there is no P in it" well now im thinking they should read: "Welcome to our L notice there is not POO in it or P". Anywho that is my rant of "the day that turned to $hit". hahaha

Thursday

and down he goes...

So im sitting in my bedroom blow drying my hair ladi da when my brother Westin comes out of his room with a "freak its morning already look" as his hair is all in disaray and his eyes haven't fully opened, ok to put it shorter he looked drugged. Anyway, he walks by my room and I say hey buddy, and he looks at me like: "???" then walks into the bathroom. I continue drying my hair when I hear a loud THUMP so I stop and holler "Wes"? and then figure his dog just pulled something off his dresser or desk in his room, so I keep on drying that mane of mine when a few minutes later my bro Wes hobbles into my room with a look on his face like a sad little 6 year old that just bummed his knee and says, "I just passed out! I was walking into the bathroom and fell asleep and woke up on the bathroom floor" (I think this kid almost even cried which he does NOT do) So I begin to look around and the poor guy had a huge red mark on the center of his stomach (right in the middle of his scar from when he had his colon removed just 2 months ago :/...) his back had red marks on it and his face and arms did as well. All I can figure is this guy hit EVERY possible surface on his way down to the tile floor. Oh and then later he walks into the bathroom and see's all his cologn and stuff on the counter all out of order and immediatly thinks "BECKY!!" haha, well buddy you did that one all on your own.

I am happy to say that it is now 10:13 pm and he is alive and well. Luckily as far as we are concerned there is no serious damage. ;) Yay!

Did I happen to mention that for him to pass out in our bathroom with the door closed had to be close to really painfull for this 6 foot 6 and 1/2inch dude. wow
p.s...isn't he so cute? hehehe
